Terms of Service

Resumie provides job-search tools for creating resumes and cover letters, generating prompts, tracking applications, and saving related work. Features may change as the product evolves.

Resumie does not act as an employer, recruiter, career adviser, or legal adviser, and it does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, clients, or income.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email and sign-in credentials secure.

One person may not create multiple accounts to evade product limits, suspensions, or abuse controls.

Free accounts are subject to the limits shown in the Service, including limits on saved resumes, cover letters, prompts, tracked applications, individual file sizes, and total document storage.

We may revise plan features or introduce paid features later. We will present material pricing or plan changes before they apply to you.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• Enter another person’s private information without permission.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass the Service’s security or limits.
• Scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially redistribute the Service or its underlying templates.
• Use automated access in a way that harms the Service or other users.

You retain ownership of the information, drafts, and documents you create or upload. You give Resumie permission to host, process, display, and export that content only as needed to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content. Keep your own copies of important documents; no online storage system can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or loss-free.

Generators may assemble text for use with third-party AI services. Generated prompts and AI-assisted results can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your situation.

You are responsible for reviewing and editing all output before submitting, publishing, or relying on it. Do not submit confidential information to a third-party AI service unless you understand that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Resumie relies on service providers for functions such as authentication, database hosting, file storage, analytics, deployment, and email delivery. Links or exports may also take you to services operated by others.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Resumie is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or independent actions.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, investigate suspected abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or respond to security risks.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Account and data deletion may be requested through the available account controls or by contacting us.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output, permanent storage, or a particular job-search result.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Resumie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, income, opportunities, or profits arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights or obligations. Continuing to use the Service after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
